NORME PER L’AMMISSIONE DEGLI STUDENTI STRANIERI NEGLI ISTITUTI D’ISTRUZIONE ARTISTICA ITALIANI PER L’ANNO 2011/2012

I cittadini COMUNITARI OVUNQUE RESIDENTI e i cittadini NON COMUNITARI REGOLARMENTE SOGGIORNANTI IN ITALIA possono iscriversi personalmente, dal 20 giugno al 16 settembre 2011, presentando: due fotografie (di cui una autenticata), fotocopia autenticata del certificato degli studi di scuola secondaria superiore - o titolo finale degli studi - legalizzato dalla Rappresentanza italiana competente per territorio e munito di “dichiarazione di valore in loco” a cura della medesima, nonché corredato di traduzione ufficiale in lingua italiana; copia del permesso di soggiorno per i cittadini non comunitari regolarmente soggiornanti in Italia.

Per la prescrizione al Biennio specialistico (secondo livello) occorre anche la traduzione legalizzata del curriculum degli studi universitari.

I cittadini NON COMUNITARI PRIVI DI PERMESSO DI SOGGIORNO per l’Italia che intendono frequentare uno dei corsi dell’Accademia Albertina per tutta la durata legale e accedere al diploma finale devono produrre alla Rappresentanza Italiana nel Paese di provenienza la domanda di pre-iscrizione a un corso di studio, scelto tra quelli del contingente previsto da ogni singola Accademia, dal 23 maggio 2011 sino alla scadenza fissata dalle singole rappresentanze, ai sensi del calendario pubblicato sul sito MIUR-AFAM all’indirizzo http://www.studiare-in-italia.it/studentistranieri/calendar.html

I Corsi Fondamentali presso l’Accademia Albertina sono: Pittura (n° 30 posti riservati agli studenti stranieri non comunitari), Scultura (n° 15 posti riservati), Decorazione (n° 20 posti riservati), Scenografia (n° 20 posti riservati), Grafica d’Arte (n° 10 posti riservati), Nuove tecnologie dell’Arte (n° 10 posti riservati), Progettazione artistica per l’impresa (n° 10 posti riservati), Comunicazione e valorizzazione del Patrimonio artistico contemporaneo (n° 10 posti riservati), Didattica dell’arte (n° 10 posti riservati).

La domanda, insieme ai prescritti documenti tradotti e legalizzati, verrà inoltrata all’Accademia a cura della Rappresentanza Diplomatica stessa entro il 16 luglio 2011. Entro il 6 agosto 2011 l’Accademia trasmetterà alle Rappresentanze Diplomatiche l’elenco dei candidati ammessi alle prove:

Gli esami si svolgeranno nei giorni 28 (tutti) e 29 settembre 2011 (2°prova per restauro) alle ore 9.00 in via Accademia Albertina, 6.

Come per tutti gli altri studenti, le prove di ammissione variano a seconda del corso prescelto (vedi sito accademia www.accademialbertina.torino.it ) e prevedono un colloquio in lingua italiana

Per quanto riguarda le tasse, in attesa di nuove disposizioni, ai sensi del D.L. 16/04 n° 297 gli studenti di cittadinanza straniera sono esonerati dal pagamento delle tasse governative, ma devono comunque pagare la tassa regionale (€ 110,00), un contributo di € 30 per l’esame di ammissione e uno di € 900 per ogni anno d’iscrizione al triennio. Il contributo annuale d’iscrizione al biennio specialistico invece è di €700.

E’ altresì possibile accedere all’Accademia in qualità di studenti vincitori di una Borsa di Studio del Governo italiano presso il proprio Paese. Gli studenti borsisti che intendono frequentare l’Accademia solo per la durata della propria Borsa di Studio (varia generalmente da sei mesi a un anno) devono iscriversi tramite l’Ambasciata, il Consolato italiano o l’Istituto Italiano di Cultura all’estero. La suddetta iscrizione non è soggetta ad una data di scadenza, ma è subordinata alla data di arrivo della comunicazione ufficiale dell’assegnazione di borsa di studio, anche ad anno accademico iniziato.

L’esame per l’ammissione all’Accademia Albertina è fissato il 28 settembre 2011 (il corso di restauro proseguirà nella giornata del 29), ma tali date non sono vincolanti per gli studenti borsisti.

RULES FOR ADMISSION OF FOREIGN STUDENTS TO ITALIAN ACADEMIES OF FINE ARTS FOR THE 2011/2012 ACADEMIC YEAR

All EUROPEAN COMMUNITY citizens, and NON-EC CITIZENS LIVING IN ITALY WITH A “PERMESSO DI SOGGIORNO” (temporary residence permit), may apply personally from June 20^th to 16^th September 2011, presenting: two photographs (one of which must be certified); a certified photocopy of the secondary school leaving certificate – or final academic qualification – recognised by the competent Italian diplomatic authorities and accompanied by a “dichiarazione di valore in loco” (a short description of an academic or professional qualification awarded by an institution belonging to a non-Italian educational system, certifying that the qualification was obtained with at least 12 years of previous study and allows access to university in the country of issue), furnished by the same authority as well as an official translation in Italian; a copy of the “permesso di soggiorno” for non-EC citizens living legally in Italy.

NON-EC CITIZENS WITHOUT A “PERMESSO DI SOGGIORNO” for Italy who wish to attend a whole course at Accademia Albertina and obtain a final diploma, must provide the Italian authority in their country of origin with their application for pre-enrolment in a course of studies chosen from the quota for each individual academy from May 23^rd 2011 to the deadline chosen by each single diplomatic authority, in conformity with circular MIUR – AFAM issued at http://www.studiare-in-italia.it/studentistranieri/calendar.html

The Foundation Courses at Accademia Albertina are: Painting (30 places reserved for non-EC foreign students), Sculpture (15 places), Decoration (20 places), Set Design (20 places), Art Graphics (10 places), New Art Technologies (10 places), Artistic Design for Industry (10 places), Promotion of Contemporary Artistic Assets (10 places), Art Education (10 places).

Applications, together with all translated and certified documents, will be forwarded to the Accademia by the Italian diplomatic authorities by 16 ^th July 2011. Not later than 6 ^th august 2011 will the Accademia communicate to the authorities the list of candidates admitted to the admission examinations along with the date, time and exam centre. Exams will be held on 28^th (All courses and Restoration 1^st day) and 29 ^th September ( Restoration 2^nd day).

As for all students, the admission examinations depend on the course chosen (see our website www.accademialbertina.torino.it) and include an interview in Italian.

Pending new legislation, in conformity with D.L. 16/04 no. 297 students of foreign citizenship are exempt from payment of state tuition fees but are required to pay the regional fee of €110, a contribution of €30 for the admission examination and an annual fee of €900 for the ‘triennio’(bachelor) or €700 for the ‘biennio’ (master).

It is also possible to gain admission to the Accademia as the winner of an Educational Grant from the Italian government in the student’s country of origin. These students who wish to attend the Accademia only for the duration of their grant (normally from 6 months to 1 year) must apply through the embassy, the Italian consulate, or the Italian cultural institute abroad. There is no deadline for this type of application; will be considered valid on the date of arrival of official communication of assignation of the grant, even after the academic year has started.

The normal admission examination date of 28^th September 2011 (for every course but Restoration, continuing on the 29^th ) is not mandatory for grant holders.
